That was a lazy Saturday morning and was raining not actually raining but it was drizzling continously. After having breakfast and tea, my “so called traveller” mind called me and asked for drive to somewhere in that beautiful climate. Few guests were at my place, I included them aslo in my plan. So hunting for the place started and Google chachu answered the best place as Mulshi-Tamhini. It is becoming one of the most favourite places for Punites.
We started around 12 noon for Mulshi Tamhini with our monsoon companion “Rain”. There was greenary everywhere and we saw every possible shape of waterfall in that area like small, medium,large,solo, group and many more. After passing heavy traffic in Bhugaon-Bhukum, we reached to Mulshi waterfall in 2 hours. Forest department has maintained it well as compared to earlier. It is not that dangerous but we found some adventure games overthere.We enjoyed playing in water a lot with Corn Butta and Kanda Bhaji.What an amazing feeling it was that having these things in heavy rain with Garama-garam chai. Thats why I love this Monsoon season.
After a long session of photography, we started towards Tamhini ghat and we got one more companion that is backwater of Mulshi dam on the right side .On the route we saw Vitthal Kamat restaurant and we realized that Petpooja is also necessary. We ate like anything and after that we decided to return as time was ticking so fast. We reached home with lots of memory,photo clicks and nature’s blessings. You can imagine the my happiness from photos :
I would again say mother nature was at her best!
